Performance rebuild

Disassembly, cleaning, inspection, parts replacement (if required) and fresh fluids set to stock or customer fluid requirements.  No valving or component changes.  

Pro-Synthetic rebuild  - upgrade option

Special seal anti-friction treatment, valves checked, pistons de-burred and surfaced.  Exclusive Oxygen-free fluid preparation along with special friction modifiers.  Prolongs rebuild life and ensures consistency lap after lap.  Oxygen free environment not just in the shocks, but the forks as well (steering dampers are degassed while completely immersed in fluid within a vacuum chamber).  Fork tube runout is checked, documented and tubes are clocked for best performance (if within spec).

Package forks to protect tubes from shipping damage. Include day and night phone numbers along with email address.  Inspect shafts and tubes for signs of damage. Chips, scrapes, and peeling would require a new part.  We will not warranty new seals unless the sealing surface is free from defects.
