LAKO was first formed in 1983 by Arshag Odabachian as a vision to have a facility where independent racers can go and get competitive - reliable - engine and suspension packages put together by some of the best hands and minds in the industry.  Later, the name changed to the LAKO Performance Group™ to better exemplify the group of direct and independent engineers, racers and techs that have joined.
